Eat to Get Younger – How to Keep Yourself Younger for Longer!
We usually associate aging with changes in the skin. However, aging is a inevitable natural process that affects every single one of our organs and cells. Several internal and external factors contribute and/or accelerate aging.
Among the ones that accelerate the rate of aging, oxidative stress caused by free radicals and our inability to neutralize their effect ranks at the top of the list.
A healthy diet, rich in foods loaded with copious amounts of antioxidants is key to slow the aging process, and keep at bay diseases that cause declining health as we age.
In this workshop you will:
- Find out which foods have been proven to slow down the biological processes that cause aging.
- Learn about specific nutrients linked to anti-aging processes in our bodies.
- Identify a myriad of lifestyle changes that can help slow down aging. We can’t stop aging, but we can experience a more successful aging process if we keep a healthy mind, body and spirit.
