We usually associate aging with changes in the skin. However, aging is a innevital natural process that affects every single one of our organs and cells. Several internal and external factors contribute and/or accelerate aging.
Among the ones that accelerate the rate of aging, oxidative stress caused by free radicals and our inability to neutralize their effect ranks at the top of the list.
A healthy diet, rich in foods loaded with copious amounts of antioxidants is key to slow the aging process, and keep at bay diseases that cause declining health as we age.
In this workshop you will:
