- how to eat to prevent and fight infections – you will discover immune-boosting nutrients that you need to load-up on, as well as foods you need to ditch, to keep your immune system in prime shape.
- about lifestyle choices that could be weakening your defenses, leaving you more susceptible to get sick.
- how to reduce your chances of getting sick, and how to get better if you do get sick.
During the workshop, we will prepare immune-boosting recipes containing nourishing foods known to strengthen your immune system.
All participants will receive a PDF containing information and resources related to the workshop topic plus recipes of delicious dishes to make at home.
