INGREDIENTS
- 5 lb skirt steak (flank would also work)
Marinade
- 5 tbsp coconut aminos or 2 tbsp tamari soy sauce
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp organic wine rice vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, mashed
- 3 tbsp grated ginger

DIRECTIONS
- Place steak in a dish with a lid and set aside.
- Place all marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. Pour over beef, cover and refrigerate. Marinate for 5 hours to overnight.
- Take beef out of the refrigerator 30 min before ready to cook it.
- Grill and enjoy.
