Asian skirt steak

  • 5 lb skirt steak (flank would also work)


  • 5 tbsp coconut aminos or 2 tbsp tamari soy sauce
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp organic wine rice vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, mashed
  • 3 tbsp grated ginger

  1. Place steak in a dish with a lid and set aside.
  2. Place all marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. Pour over beef, cover and refrigerate. Marinate for 5 hours to overnight.
  3. Take beef out of the refrigerator 30 min before ready to cook it.
  4. Grill and enjoy.
