- 1 – 1 ½ cup Keitt Mango (or similar variety), cubed
- ½ – ¾ cup pineapple, cubed
- ⅓ cup / ½ red onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt
- Optional – 1- 2 serrano chiles, deseeded and deveined, cut in thin strips (if you like it hot, do not leave the seeds and cut into slices)

Directions
- Placed cubed mango and pineapple in a large bowl, add red onion and cilantro and mix carefully until well combined, making sure the cubed fruit remains intact.
- In a small bowl combine the orange and lemon juice and pour over the salsa. Season with salt and mix again. Add serrano chile if using.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt and/or lemon/orange juice to taste.
- Serve as a side to fish dishes.
