INGREDIENTS
- 1 avocado
- 1 small bunch fresh cilantro
- 1-2 pinches salt
- 1 generous squeeze lime juice
- 4-6 tomatillos (4 if big, 6 if small/medium)
- 1-2 green onions (white part only)
- tip of a serrano chile, seeded and devained (add more or less depending on how hot you like it)
- 1 splash of water

DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients in a blender, except for lime juice, water and salt.
- Add a bit of water and blend – you may need to add a tiny bit more water.
- Add lime juice and salt, blend and taste.
- Adjust with more salt, lime juice or serrano chile to taste.
