Shiitake Mushrooms

Serves 4


  • 300g / 11 oz shiitake mushrooms (or a blend of shiitake, maitake and oyster)
  • 120 ml/ 4 oz/ 1/2 cup bone or vegetable broth
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos or tamari sauce
  • Fresh parsley for garnishing
  • Opcional: Cayenne pepper flakes for topping

  1. Place ½  cup veggie broth, 2 tbsp coconut aminos or tamari sauce and 2-3 garlic cloves, minced in a pan.
  2. Add 300g shiitake mushrooms or a mushroom blend you like.
  3. Cover and cook over low heat until the mushrooms soften.
  4. Transfer to a serving plate and top with chopped fresh parsley and cayenne pepper flakes.
