- Discover how you can create delicious recipes at home, using nutrient-dense whole foods, loaded with nutrients needed so that your neurotransmitters play a true gem.
- Discover useful lifestyle strategies as well as necessary diet adjustments that may change your mood and vitality for life.
Participants will receive a PDF containing information and resources related to the workshop, plus recipes of delicious dishes to make at home.
