I’ve taken two of Monica’s functional health workshops: anti-inflammatory cooking and fermented foods. Both workshops were amazingly well organized and well-prepared.
Monica is passionate about healthy eating and has so many answers. But most of all, her enthusiasm is contagious and she motivated me to be healthy in so many more areas of my life and in the meals I prepare for my family.
I will look for more of her courses to keep up the inspiration.
